The work for this project included:

The formation of a secure site compound with office, welfare and storage facilities and site access from compound areas to the area for the works. Formation of an air and dust tight enclosures around the site (including keeping the emergency exit route through the ward clear and accessible at all times). The isolation of services and stripping out of redundant services. Stripping out the interior including fitments, sanitary ware (to be reinstated), IPS panels, ceilings and flooring and their replacement on a like for like basis. Refurbishment of bedroom and corridor doors &  alterations to/replacement of services installations, including GIRPI hot and cold water pipework, as well as general decoration.
