From our formation in 2017, the team at VQ Contracts Ltd have successfully developed the business year on year, through an unwavering commitment to delivering on our Key Objective of ‘meeting and exceeding our client’s expectations at every stage of the journey’

As an SME business, with approximately 40 staff, we are a genuine full service ‘all-trades company’. We take great pride in being able to plan, manage & deliver high quality construction & contracting projects from our in-house team of highly skilled Tradesmen, Foremen, Managers and Construction Professionals.

VQ Contracts have the team in place to ensure successful delivery of every project we take on. We have many years experience performing in the role of Principal/Main Contractor, for our wide range of clients. We are also able to take on Principal Designer status, for clients seeking a complete project management service model, including the management, submission & securing of all necessary Planning Applications, Building Warrants & Utility connections.

We also have many years experience operating as a preferred subcontractor for some of the largest construction companies in the country. Our ability to deliver projects from start to finish offers Main Contractors the option of subcontracting any number of individual work packages to us, simplifying their overall project delivery by reducing the number of subcontractors on site.
